Welcome to Duingt, the Perl of Annecy Lake

Located in the charming village of Duingt with direct views on Annecy Lake and surrounding mountains (Haute-Savoie, France), my "Cozy Loft", "Stylish Loft", and "Modern Loft" are fully-equipped and carefully decorated 47 to 57 square meters one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. The residence has authorized access to the lake for short swims. Discounted fare for 7-night rentals.

Romantic week-end, family holidays in summer or winter, professional stay or temporary month-to-month rental, from the equipment to the fine decoration, all has been done for you to feel like home.

For your comfort...

The residence is a few meters away from the cycling lane circling Lake Annecy, a 12-minutes drive from the charming Annecy Old Town and 30-min from nearest ski resorts (Semnoz, La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Chinaillon).

Bakery, supermarket and Beach of Duingt 100 m, pharmacy and bike rental 2 km.

For your comfort, wifi internet is available to help your plan your stay. I can optionally provide beddings (bedsheets, towels), and a cleaning service.

A folder with activities, bike/boat rentals, must-go places all over the region and restaurants suggestions is available for self-use in each flat.
